Bayocean in the Press

We are pleased to be collaborating on the construction and development of Bayocean Oyster House, a highly anticipated culinary destination scheduled to open along the Three Capes Scenic Loop in spring 2027.

The project recently gained significant attention following a summer culinary residency by chef Jacob Harth at Local Ocean in Newport. In a review for The Oregonian, restaurant critic Michael Russell praised Harth’s sustainable, technical approach to local seafood, predicting that the venue will establish a new standard for coastal dining. Harth brings extensive culinary experience to the project, having previously managed Michelin-recognized seafood bars across New York, Mexico City, and San Francisco.

While structural work continues on-site to prepare the physical location for its spring debut, the Bayocean Oyster House team will host a series of regional preview pop-up events, including an engagement on October 10 at Pal's in Portland.
